Genevar was founded by three watch enthusiasts – Georges, Neville, and Varil. These friends share a passion for fine craftsmanship and bring over 50 years of combined experience working at the world’s most prestigious watch brands: Rolex, Cartier, Patek Philippe, and Audemars Piguet.
Their journey in the luxury world has taken them through the fashion capitals of Geneva, Paris, New York, and Hong Kong, where they mastered the art of creating timepieces that stand the test of time.
A Vision Born from Experience
While working for these exclusive brands, the founders noticed something important – the joy that quality craftsmanship brought to people. However, they also saw how the high prices of luxury items put them out of reach for many who appreciated their beauty and quality.
“We believe everyone deserves to experience the feeling of owning something made with real care and attention to detail,” says Georges, who spent 15 years crafting watches for Patek Philippe.
Neville adds, The skills we learned making luxury watches – the patience, the precision, the appreciation for fine materials – these are universal. We wanted to bring these standards to more people.
